Your lesson time is yours for the term. 24 hour cancellation required or lesson fee is forfeited (unless due to emergency) as rescheduling is challenging. In the unusual case of needing a change, lessons must be made up. If a time can't be found, lesson fee is non refundable.

TUTORING: 

Tutoring lessons are normally 4 times a month. Week by week is sometime available upon demand but is subject to availability and the same time spot is not guaranteed.

Lessons are paid per semester or monthly in the form of cash, cheque or e transfer. No registration fees or hidden fees but. please be aware travel fees may be applicable depending on your location. - contact us for more info
